MARTINI BIANCO

Launched in 1910, Martini Bianco is a delicate vermouth, whose sweet-bitter flavors combine elegantly and harmoniously to give a perfectly balanced taste. The white wine is filtered through charcoal, flavored with herbs and plants harvested from the Alps, sweetened with beet sugar and supplemented with neutral alcohol. The assortment creates an excellent base for cocktails. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or digestive, with ice or mineral water with lemon, juice or tonic. Tasting notes: Smell: Citrus notes, with accents of peach and bay leaf. Taste: Rich aromas of ripe apple with cinnamon, notes of herbs aromatic, honey and a hint of vanilla.Finish: Medium-long, with spicy apple accents with cinnamon.Color: Clear, with golden reflections.
