How to order:

It is very simple. Browse our website and choose the bouquet or arrangement you want, click the “Add to cart” button next to the product you want to buy. Follow the instructions and fill in the fields with the address and delivery data of the products. Choose the payment method and press the “Place order” button. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and you will be contacted by our manager.

In the case of online card payments, you will be redirected to a secure page belonging to the processor, where you will enter the card details with which you want to pay for the order.

The data necessary to complete the transaction are:

  • The name on the card
  • card number – the 16 numbers on the front of the card
  • expiration date – which is also on the front of the card (Example: 05/21 – month / year);
  • CVV2 or CVC2 code

If the information provided is correct and you have sufficient funds in your card account, you will receive a message approving the transaction. All cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard payment system logos are accepted for payment.


-What currencies are accepted for payment:

You can pay with your card in any currency. Payments will be made in Moldovan lei (MDL). The amount to be deducted from the card will be equal to the cost of the product in MDL.


-Payment conditions:

Placement and delivery of the order is available 24/24 in Chisinau and throughout the Republic of Moldova. The payment of the services is made by the buyer in advance in the amount of 100% of the cost of the services, by any means available on the site or proposed by the operator.


-Cancel order:

Cancellation of an order can only be done by phone or at the office at least 5 hours in advance for orders in Chisinau and 24 hours in the country, and only if the order has not already been prepared.


-Return order and funds:

If you are not satisfied with the execution of the order or the quality of the delivered products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at the phone number: 079500666 or by a message at [email protected]

In the case of payment by bank card, the money is returned exclusively to the bank card from which the payment was made.

Flowers are an easily altered product and we will not be able to replace the product or refund the amount paid if we are not informed in time about this problem. In case of non-fulfillment of the order, correctly completed and paid, due to the fault of the service, the full amount of the paid amount is guaranteed.

If the flowers are found to have been damaged as a result of the recipient’s actions (eg unfavorable storage conditions), the money cannot be refunded.


-Security of online payments:

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone, email, credit card number) is confidential and cannot be disclosed. Your bank card details are only transmitted in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server. All payment card transactions are in accordance with Visa International and Master Card World Wide requirements. The information is transmitted using special security technologies for online card payments.
