At the same time, the must is obtained, which is subjected to fermentation to create the base of the wine. Asti Martini Dolce is made by the Martinotti method, where the fermentation process is strictly monitored to guarantee a special quality of the product and to capture the natural sweetness of Moscato Bianco grapes. The assortment is characterized by an expressive aromatic profile, elegantly accentuated by the fine pearl and the velvety texture of the drink.
