Payment gateway information
Currently available payment options are limited, but most importantly, secure. In accordance with the recommendations of the Payment Card Security Standards Board, payment card details are protected using Transport Layer – TLS 1.2 encryption and the 256-bit standardized AES and key length encryption algorithm.
In accordance with the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Moldova № 133 of 08.07.2011 «On the protection of personal data» (hereinafter – law № 133/2011) I express my consent to the processing of personal data, without reservations and constraints, to perform actions with my personal data, stipulated in Article 3 Law № 133/2011, and I confirm that by offering this agreement, I act freely, of my own free will and in my personal interests.
List of personal data, for which the consent is provided: name and surname, place of residence (locality), telephone numbers (landline and mobile), e-mail addresses (E-mail), but also other personal data received from me.
I agree to perform, with all my personal data indicated, the following actions: collection, registration, organization, storage, restoration, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or provision of another access, grouping or combining, blocking, deleting or destroying, but also performing other actions with personal data in accordance with applicable law. Data processing can be performed both by and without automated means.
This agreement is valid until the date of its withdrawal by me by directing by surprise a corresponding written request, signed by me, which can be sent by mail by registered letter with notification of delivery or by email [email protected].
